We’re proud of the quality of our hats and accessories. This limited warranty covers the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from the date of purchase, under normal use and when following our care instructions.

What’s covered

Manufacturing and material defects that appear during normal use and when the product has been cared for according to our instructions.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper use, misuse, abuse or accidents (crushing, impacts, stains, etc.).
• Exposure to extreme conditions (excessive heat, moisture, chemicals, etc.).
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs, or any attempt to repair the hat yourself (cutting, bending, sewing, gluing, etc.).

Conditions to make a claim

• You purchased from the official Klak Hats store or an authorized retailer.
• You provide valid proof of purchase (receipt, ticket or confirmation email).
• The product is sent back to Klak Hats for inspection.
• The product was used only as intended and according to the care instructions.

If a defect is confirmed under these conditions within the warranty period, Klak Hats will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same model, or replace it with the most similar and equivalent model available if the original is discontinued or limited edition.

Except as set out in this document, no other express warranties are provided. Any implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this express warranty, where permitted by law. Klak Hats is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, such as loss of use, time or profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by state or country. No retailer, agent or employee of Klak Hats is authorized to modify or extend this limited warranty.

Standard delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we’re no longer able to process refunds or exchanges for that order.

Eligibility

• Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed and undamaged.
• Include the original packaging and proof of purchase.
• We can’t accept returns for personalized items, gift cards, hygiene/sanitary products, hazardous materials or sale/discounted items (unless they arrive defective).

Returns & shipping costs

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds & exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we’ll help you with an exchange and provide the next steps to resolve it as smoothly as possible.
