RETURN POLICY

At Klak Hats, we truly want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the conditions below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
After 30 days have passed, we’re no longer able to process a refund or exchange for that order.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN
To keep our products in the best condition for all our customers, items must meet these requirements to be eligible for a return:

Be in original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and just as you received it.

Include the original packaging.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
We’re not able to accept returns in the following cases:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged.

Personalized items (for example, products with embroidered names or unique custom designs).

Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

Personal hygiene or sanitary products.

Products containing flammable liquids or hazardous materials.

Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive defective).
If an item does not meet these conditions, we may need to decline the return. We’ll always explain the reason if that happens.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you’d like to start a return, please follow these steps:

Pack your product carefully to help prevent damage during shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund total.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and then email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not approved.
If your return is approved:

We’ll process your refund and it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If your return is not approved:

We’ll let you know the reason and offer the option to have the item sent back to you (with shipping costs covered by the customer).
If your refund seems late or missing:

5. EXCHANGES
We’re happy to help with an exchange in these situations:

6. GIFT POLICY
If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, we’ll help you with the best option available:

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift-giver first and then given to you, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
For your peace of mind, we recommend:

We cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
8. SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
